On November 24, the launching service of the “Kukmin Daily Christian Women CEOs Forum” was held at CCMM building in Yeoeuido, Seoul. 28 Christian women CEOs founded this forum to support the Christian literature mission of Kukmin Daily, the only Christian daily newspaper in Korea.

The event began at 5 o’clock in the afternoon with a worship service. Rev. So Gang-seok of Sae Eden Presbyterian Church delivered a sermon titled “When women come together,” based on the Gospel of Luke 9:1-3.

In the second part of the service, the first board members of the forum received plaques of appointment, and the Forum delivered a fund in support of Kukmin Daily. In his welcome message, Kukmin Daily CEO Choi Sam-gyu said, “I thank you women entrepreneurs for devoting yourself to the calling of witness together with Kukmin Daily, which records history on the scene day by day… My hope is that this Forum will share God’s blessings, prayers and ministry to shine the Gospel into this world.”
