On August 14, the 2016 International Restoration Movement Convention of the Christian Churches · Churches of Christ · Christian Church (Disciples of Christ) opened in the gymnasium of ERICA Campus at Hanyang University in Ansan, Gyeonggi-do (photo). Hosted by the Korean Council of Christian · Churches of Christ (president: Rev. Im Jong-won), the convention continues until the 17th with the theme “We are one in Christ.”
This convention is being held in Asia for the first time, with some 2,000 participating believers from the United States, Japan, China, Kenya, Brazil, and Korea.
