The International relief agency “Better World” (president: Rev. Lee Jae-hun) will hold a “Concert Together with Violinist Chung Kyung-wha” this June 13 in the concert hall of Seoul Arts Center, on Nambu-sunhwan-ro, Seocho-gu, Seoul. This will be the third annual concert in the “Concert Series to Save the Lives of African Children,” which has been held at the Seoul Arts Center concert hall since 2012. Chung Kyung-wha (photo) and pianist Kevin Kenner will perform Schubert’s Violin Sonata “Grand Duo.” They will be joined by cellist Yang Sung-won for the performance of Schubert’s Piano Trio in E-flat major, D. 929. Better World plans to use the proceeds from the concert for medical projects in support of children in Senegal, Rwanda, Guinea Bissau and other regions of Africa.
