Survey results show that in the 19th Presidential Election, Protestant Christians cast their votes for Moon Jae-in, Ahn Cheol-soo and Hong Jun-pyo, in that order of preference. The same survey showed that three out of four Protestants support the impeachment of former President Park Geun-hye, and 53% are in favor of deploying the Terminal High Altitude Area Defense (THAAD) system in Korea.
